Chinese Mitten Crab
Live Chinese mitten crabs with plump roe and tender meat — a premium seasonal freshwater delicacy. Best enjoyed steamed. Sold by weight; each pack ranges 0.90 lb–1.20 lb, with billing based on actual net weight.
Our mitten crabs grow in natural freshwater waters with abundant food sources, steadily accumulating rich crab roe and creamy crab paste. Fresh live crabs are carefully screened before delivery to guarantee vitality.
Steaming preserves the original sweet flavour without masking the delicate taste of the crab meat and golden roe — a classic centrepiece for family dinners and festive feasts.
Natural weight deviation may occur during packing (0.70 lb to 1.10 lb); you only pay for the exact weight received. Special breathable packaging keeps crabs alive during transit.
